Why did you choose to study at Writtle University College?
Not only is Writtle local to me, but it is also has a great reputation and facilities.

What does Writtle University College mean to you?
Before my foundation degree I studied for my BTEC in Equine Management also at Writtle. The four years I spent in total there was such a great experience and helped me to grow so much as a person. I also met my best friends!

What did you particularly enjoy about your course?
The course is split up into practical sessions and lectures. This was one of the main reasons I chose to study this course as I wanted to develop my skills in all the different types of animal handling as well as my knowledge on the subjects. The lecturers are wonderful and so helpful.

My Career Path
The foundation degree in Animal Science gave me the skills and knowledge that I needed to gain a place at vet school and pursue my dream career.

My Current Job
Student at Bristol University studying Veterinary Science with Pre-Vet year.

Future Plans
Once I graduate from Bristol I intend to specialise in Equine Practice.
