Why did you choose to study at Writtle University College?
I am a volleyball player and I always loved sport. My dream was to study a degree which would give me deep scientific knowledge of the human body and the course at Writtle did this. The University College is small and hospitable where I felt welcomed from teachers and the staff who work there.
After graduation, I started an MSc in Sport Nutrition in London. In July 2017 I graduated and I am now a registered Nutritionist.
What does Writtle University College mean to you?
To me Writtle was a family - even if I was a foreign student, I never felt left alone. I was always supported by my lecturers; they gave me the strength to continue and finish my journey. They helped me to build confidence in myself, to believe I could reach my goals even as mature student, as a full-time mother and wife, and not an English native speaker.
What did you particularly enjoy about your course?
The relationship with my teachers. They love what they are doing - their passion became my passion; studying was a pleasure not a "must do" thing.
