Ros Canter

Writtle University College is delighted to welcome Ros Canter, the 2018 World Champion for a unique event on Wednesday 29th January 2020. This is an exciting opportunity to see Ros Canter in action, both riding and coaching.

Caroline Moore
Her well-known coach, Caroline Moore, will accompany Ros to the University College. Caroline has produced and ridden horses up to 4* level, competing at Badminton, Burghley, Bramham and Blenheim, as well as overseas.

The daytime event will compose of Ros and Caroline coaching a variety of riders, including the University College's own prestigious Equine Academy. The evening will see Ros riding various horses, including Lordships Graffalo, bred at Writtle's bespoke stud facility.

We will be selling tickets on the following basis:

  • Daytime 9am to 4pm, Evening 5pm to 10pm and Combination Tickets are available.
  • Discounted rates for WUC Current Students and applicants. (Student Number will be required at time of booking)

Tickets are non-refundable and allow entry to the event. Seating will be on a first come first served basis.

The event will be held at the Cow Watering Equine Campus, CM1 3SD

Please note the following:

The event will be outside, under cover in our arena. Please note that there is slightly uneven ground and it could be slippery under foot. Please ensure that you wear suitable footwear and clothing for the weather conditions and take extra care when walking around the campus.

Parking will be at Sturgeon's Farm (CM1 3SD) with Overflow car parking at our Lordship campus, with a free shuttle bus service to the event. There may be a short wait at the end of the event.

*There will be a short interval (15minutes) during the evening 'Training to Win' demonstration.
+There will be clinics taking place by Ros and Caroline separately in each individual arena. You are free to move between arenas whenever you like.
