Associate Lecturer in Animal Science. Also, Module Leader for Foundation Year biology, Admissions Tutor for all UG & PG animal courses, lead lecturer of fish and reptile husbandry, Clinic Administrator for WUC’s Pet Behaviour Academy and Hedgehog Friendly Campus campaign project leader.
I graduated from Writtle University College in 2020 with a first-class degree in Animal Management and continued my career as a field ecologist for the following 18 months working with UK and European protected species on the biggest development project in Europe – HS2. I’m now an Associate Lecturer at WUC undertaking several roles. Before starting my degree, I was the managing director of a commercial 8.6-acre fishery and also have experience in UK wildlife rescue and rehabilitation at South Essex Wildlife Hospital. While undertaking my current teaching role, I’m also a volunteer warden managing Crowsheath Wood, Billericay for Essex Wildlife Trust.
