Consultancy Project - (15 credits)

This module is designed to enable students to study an organisation operating in a commercial/business environment related to their area of study. The module allows areas previously covered in a theoretical manner (e.g. nutrition, marketing) to be applied to a real-life business – it is concerned with the practical application of theory. The module also aims to increase students' awareness of the complex nature of modern businesses and other types of not for profit organisations.
