Art and Design teachers from secondary schools across Essex enjoyed a professional development opportunity at the PULSE conference held at Writtle College on Wednesday 12 January.

The teachers were able to develop new skills in stop-frame animation and to learn about the opportunities offered by Writtle School of Design (WSD). Studio and campus tours enabled WSD to demonstrate the excellent facilities and studio culture in operation.

The teachers were able to use WSD student models as the backdrops for their animations.

The day was a great success with very positive feedback, and all of the participants have expressed an interest in further collaboration with the College.
