On Wednesday 27th April, Writtle University College celebrated sporting success at the Higher Education Writtle Sport Awards.
The evening was attended by members of Higher Education BUCS (British University & Colleges Sport) teams and and took place at the Ivy Hill Hotel in Margaretting.
Sport Development & Engagement Manager Amy Grimsey organised the celebration. She said: "The event was very well attended by students across campus, and I am so proud of their achievements this year. They all looked amazing in their tuxedos and dresses and did the institution proud!"

- Equine: Two individuals who qualified for the BUCS individual regional events; Emma Stringer and Lily Buckle
- WUC Netball team for an undefeated BUCS league championship in 2022
