Equine Society hosts final public lecture about caring for horses

Writtle University College's Equine Society is holding its final public lecture about caring for horses.

The Importance of Early Equine Management will cover from conception to the birth canal, early nutrition/weaning, emergency care of the newborn foal, and foal limbs.

The guest speaker will be House and Jackson Vet Chris House and the event will conclude with an ‘ask the panel’ session.

The event is the final in a series of lectures open to the public about caring for horses. The previous lectures were about managing the performance horse and nutrition & behaviour.
