On Tuesday 14th March, Freddie Cross from Stübben delivered an informative talk to first year Level Three and degree students.
Stübben is a fifth-generation family-owned business that creates materials to aid high-quality equine sports performance. Its innovations are based on the principle of supporting the biomechanics of the rider-horse partnership.
Freddie delivered a practical demonstration at the Univeristy College's specalist equine campus, to highlight the importance of evaluating the horse's back profile and the influence of saddle fit on the horse's 'way of going'.
Lecturer Rude Morris said: "We'd like to thank Freddie for joining us and offering our students an opportunity to further their knowledge and understanding of the influence of saddles for both horse and rider."
