Writtle University College (WUC) near Chelmsford has added even more outstanding facilities to its countryside campus.
Studio35, a multi award-winning health and wellness club, is the latest organisation to make use of the educational institution's Centre of Sport and Health.
Studio35 is already established in Rayleigh and looks forward to welcoming new members from the Writtle and Chelmsford area. Its innovative 35-minute circuit-training sessions were voted 'best practice example of a gym suitable for gym-novices' at the UK Active National Summit.
Studio35 manager, Luke, said: "We are very proud to be opening our club at Writtle University College. WUC and the Writtle community have made us feel very welcome, and we look forward to helping everyone effectively target weight loss, body toning, strength and general fitness utilising our simple and safe 35-minute circuit."
Studio35 staff works to listen to each member and tailor a programme to suit their goals. Once the workout begins the team aims to be with members every step of the way to guide their experience.
WUC's Head of Sport, Health & Wellbeing, Dr Greg Deacon, added: "It is great to see the Writtle University College's vision of welcoming community health to the campus coming to fruition. I have been so impressed with the variety of people using the Studio35 gym, and all seem so happy when they arrive and leave - it really is a welcoming and enjoyable place to improve health and fitness for everybody in the community."
