Tuition Fee and Maintenance Loans

Higher Education tuition fee and maintenance loans

Home UK undergraduate students will not have to pay tuition fees up-front for any year of study. The Government provide Home UK students with tuition fee loans which are paid directly to Writtle. Students only begin to repay this after graduation and once they are earning more than the threshold, which is increasing to £27,295 from April 2021.

Government information on student finance can be found here: www.gov.uk/browse/education/student-finance

EU Students 2021

From the academic year 2021-22, EU students commencing their studies in 2021 will no longer pay the home fee, but will be charged at the International Student rate.
