Higher Education tuition fee and maintenance loans
Home UK undergraduate students will not have to pay tuition fees up-front for any year of study. The Government provide Home UK students with tuition fee loans which are paid directly to Writtle University College. Students commencing studies from September 2023 only begin to repay any loans after completion of studies, or from the the tax year 2026-27, whichever comes earliest, and once they are earning more than the repayment threshold of £25,000.

EU students commencing their studies in 2023 will be charged at the International Student rate.
Further Education Tuition fee loans
If you're aged 19 or over, live in England and are thinking about further education or training, you might qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan. It's easy to apply for and you won't have to pay anything back until you're earning over £27,295 a year. For students commencing studies after 1st August 2023, the threshold will reduce to £25,000.
