Learn to administer emergency treatment to dogs. Our one-day course at ARU Writtle covers injury, wound-dressing, allergic reactions and stings, poisoning, choking, seizures, CPR and more.

This course is open to pet owners and professionals who work with dogs. There are no formal entry requirements.

Entry requirements

Before you attend the one-day course at ARU Writtle, you're required to undertake approximately three hours of home study. This involves reading the qualification overview, handbook and workbook which we'll email to you with course joining instructions.

You must be over 16 to join this course.

Additionally, you must consent to photographic evidence being submitted; we'll send more information with the course joining instructions.
