Level 2 Award in Creative Craft (Floristry)

How to apply Come to an Open Day

Introduction

Extend your skills in floristry design with our intermediate, Level 2 Award in Creative Craft (Floristry) at Writtle College.

Level 2 Awards in Creative Craft are all about fine-tuning skills that you may have developed on a Level 1 course. And if you’re interested in working in the floristry industry, they can prepare you for further study.

With this Level 2 Award, we’ll explore a range of materials and ways of working with them. In doing so you’ll get experience of different tools and equipment.

You’ll also get creative, looking at other people’s work and developing your own ideas. You’ll then be ready to work on a project: planning and preparing the materials and equipment you’ll use while maintaining a safe working environment.

When your finished piece is ready, there’s an opportunity to display it, and time to reflect on the creative process and what you’ve learned from it.
