Applications for most courses can be made at any time leading up to the course start date in the Autumn term, however early application is advised.

If you are applying for the Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, application deadlines are as follows:

  • 29th January 2021 for February 2021 start
  • 13th August 2021 for September 2021 start

Contact Details

It is essential that you provide a valid email address on your application form so that you do not miss any communications from us regarding your application.

Reference Request Form

As part of the admission process we ask all applicants to provide a reference. Please ensure that either your current school/college completes the Reference Request Form as soon as possible, as this will form part of the admissions process. It is also important that your predicted grades are included as this will allow us to make a full assessment of your application. Completed references should be emailed to the admissions department, admissions@writtle.ac.uk.

Applicants who are no longer in education should provide a reference from their current or most recent work experience employer, volunteering supervisor or trainer. Please note that the reference cannot be from a family member or a friend.

How is my application dealt with?

Once your application has been submitted you will receive an acknowledgement email from the Admissions Team. You will shortly be contacted again with additional information which may include an offer letter or an invitation to interview, depending on your chosen course.

College Course Events

All applicants are encouraged to attend one of our College Course Events where you can find out everything you need to know about our College Courses, by joining us online at one of our 'Subject Webinars' or talking 1:1 with an academic.

Alternatively, you can apply by downloading an application form and returning the completed form back to us by email.
