Sport and Health

If you dream of working in the expanding sports and health industry, our practical courses at Writtle offer the skills, expert theory and qualifications you need to succeed.

Whether you aspire to help amateur or elite athletes achieve their goals, on our sport and health courses you'll gain essential, thorough knowledge of athletic function and the biological, physiological and psychological factors that can help or hinder performance.

You'll learn in the classroom, laboratory, field, court or gym from highly-experienced tutors whose expertise covers nutrition, physiology, strength and conditioning, psychology and performance testing, and more.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to gain additional insights, experience, and contacts with our extensive industry links.
