Access to Higher Education (HE) Diploma

An Access to Higher Education (HE) Diploma is a great way for those aged 19 years and older to gain entry onto a degree at university. We offer four specialist pathways within our Access to Higher Education Diploma (Land Based).

You can choose from:

  • Agriculture
  • Animal Science and Welfare
  • Equine Studies
  • Horticulture

The Access course is a one-year, full time programme and is a nationally recognised qualification.

Did you know?

Students aged 19 years or older are able to access an Advanced Learner Loan to help fund their Access to HE Diploma. If students go on to complete a higher education course then you'll be eligible to have the balance of your Advanced Learner Loan written off!
